How to take part

We’re at the halfway mark of the Your Time to Shine challenges, so let’s take some time out to relax.

Give yourself 30 minutes today to take time out and relax however you would like to. You could:

  • Go for a walk

  • Create a piece of artwork

  • Have a bath

  • Do a workout

  • Read a book or magazine

  • Listen to your Playlist from Challenge #5

  • Listen to We step outside and start to dance. Participants so far have called it a great escape, uplifting and said it really made them smile.
